High Season
Summer (June 24th - August 26th, 2017)
$3,900/week; $700/night
Full week reservation preferred; 3-Night Minimum Stay
Low Season
Spring, Fall & Winter (August 27th, 2017 - Jan 2, 2018)
$2,950/week; $600/night, 3-Night Minimum Stay
Cancellation Policy
50% of the total rental cost will be charged at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to the reservation date. A full refund, minus a $175 administrative fee, is available up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. Between 60 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, only 50% of the total reservation cost will be refunded. Within 30 days of the reservation date, no refunds will be offered.
How to book
